2006 SME Spring Potluck

St. Patrick's Day brought out the greatest group of SME Officers on the planet, or at least this side of Dublin! The occasion was our annual SME spring get together. This year we moved our “picnic” from the Beardsley Recreation Center to the Jim Smith’s house in Sun City West. This change allowed Jim to participate in our potluck and corned beef tasting party.

It was a beautiful day and the food was fantastic. It is always “potluck” when you toss out the rules, but we ended up with a fantastic array of tasty treats!
