It's Snow Time!

The "stage" was all set. Five feet of snow had fallen at the Arizona Snowbowl and the resort was finally ready to open for the latest start ever, March 17, 2006. It's snow time as Larry made his way to Flag to ski 20% of the days open. Was great skiing the first day, but by the second day, El Sol and a million snowboarders, had taken their toll on Ridge. Snowbowl is now closed in hopes that a snow storm today will bring enough of the powdery stuff to allow one last hurrah for the season. If not, there is a motorcycle ride planned for the Coronado trail in Eastern Arizona very soon!
